La proximité du Port
La difficulté à récupérer la clé de l’appartement dans le boîtier prévu à cet effet Instruction incomplète à revoir pour futurs occupants . Système Clim mobile peu adapté vu la surface du studio .. vétusté et entretien de l’immeuble (sale, excrément de pigeons, porte d’entrée cassée etc ) tuyaux apparents partout ..

Host risponde velocemente. Prezzo basso. Posizione centrale.
Aria condizionata è un dispositivo mobile con tubo, che presuppone l’apertura della ginestra tutta la notte. Conseguenza: ho contato 26 pappataci nella stanza principale, senza contare bagno e angolo cottura (allego foto). Piatti sporchi, ho dovuto lavarli prima di utilizzarli. Forno non presente, per fortuna non mi serviva, ma è indicato come presente. Il bagno non ha la porta, si chiude con una tenda. La maniglia della porta d’ingresso sembra quasi che ti resti in mano. Wi-Fi funzionante a tratti, si collega e scollega a caso. Insonorizzazione pessima.
