Ubicación excelente, cerca de los tres barrios de Berat. El personal (eran los propietarios) excelente en el trato y en atención. El desayuno bien, típico del lugar. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Todo bien.
La llegada al hotel... La calle está cerrada al tráfico (nos avisaron con un correo la misma mañana). Tienes que dejar el coche a unos 300 metros del hotel, y los últimos 150 metros es una subida con mucha pendiente de 121 peldaños. Supongo que en invierno es más soportable subirlas, pero con temperaturas que rondaban los 40º se hacía "pesado". No obstante este "handicap", es aconsejable.

La mujer super agradable y muy atenta. El desayuno muy bueno.
No era accesible para personas discapacitadas. Estaba todo en obras h era un poco difícil acceder, además de con las maletas.

Good location (can walk to berat castle). Great views from upstairs rooms Helpful hosts. Good AC and room was clean with towels and bedding and soap.
Basic room for furnishings, some things were a a bit broken, no wardrobe etc. Room had a bit of a bad smell. Parking was tricky! No spots at bottom when we were there, and upper parking was difficult for first time. Arrival coffee offered by host which was nice, but no coffee making facilities in room (only kettle but no cafetiere or coffee pod espresso machine which we thought there would be from description)
