Great house for a family or group of friends traveling together.

Luxurious accomodation with excellent location

The villa looks brand new, and really modern and kuxurious. It is one of the cleanest accomodation we ever booked, all the rooms smells amazing, equipped with everything you need. There was coffee, milk, fruits and wine waiting for us. Shops and the sea is few minutes by car. The pool was heated and we could actually have so much fun (even in september)! The place is also perfect for families with dogs with its closed garden. We highly recommend this amazing house with its kind and generous owners.

There are constructions in the neighbourhood, but honestly it was no problem for us at all - was not so loud that would bother us, even when sitting outside. Still highly recommend this house :)

Wirklich schönes Haus für einen entspannten Familien Urlaub. Maja war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder nach Porec.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus! Alles war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die großartigen Vermieter: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und herzlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Auch unsere Vierbeiner wurden herzlichst begrüßt.

Fantastisk og stort hus, alle rom med egne bad, godt uteområde og flott basseng

Flott og stort hus med beliggenhet nært handelssenter. Store gode rom som alle har hvert sitt bad. Flotte møbler og godt utstyrt kjøkken. Rikelig med glass, kopper og fat mm. Stort spisebord med komfortable stoler. Fint uteområde ved bassenget og kvalitets utemøbler Dusj ute, samt toalett med tilgang fra hagen. Hyggelig vertskap som raskt svarte på henvendelser. Nært butikker. Kjøleskap også ute. Store senger med kvalitetssengetøy, gode håndduker.

Sengene er litt harde og en god overmadrass hadde gjort det hele fantastisk. Til sommeren ville egne badehåndklær til utebruk vært praktisk.

Großartiger Aufenthalt, wenn die Klimaanlage einem nicht manchmal die Laune getrübt hätte…

Ruhige Lage, sehr sauberes, schönes Haus und großer pool! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah, eingezäunter Garten, viele Schränke, ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Vermieter kommen bei Problemen sofort!

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht genug Kraft, um bei starker Hitze die Räume ausreichend runterzukühlen.

Unterkunft perfekt! Zum Zentrum von Porec kann man zu Fuß gehen benötigt hierfür ungefair 30 minuten

Genauso wie beschrieben - super groß, geräumig, sauber, großer Garten mit Terrasse und Grill, beheizter Pool, Nähe zum Meer, jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer

die Klimaanlage ist etwas unterdimensioniert, es hat immer um die 23 Grad im Haus (Luxusproblem)
