If you are looking for a beautiful villa with a modern interior design, then Villa Alex Exclusive is the right place for you. This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom and TV. On the ground floor there is one of the bedrooms, a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a fireplace for a cosy evening. There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for up to 8 people and a separate WC. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and TVs, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. Both floors are air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating. Outside the villa, before you enter the garden, you will find an outdoor kitchen with its own fridge, hob and sink on the shaded terrace. Next to it is another dining table for up to 6 people for a delicious meal in the fresh air. If you prefer a classic summer BBQ, don't worry, there is a barbecue in the beautiful garden right next to the pool. There are six sun loungers around the pool for the whole group to relax in the sun, while the fence and high hedge provide privacy. There is enough space in front of the house for up to 3 cars.
