The villa has an area of an incredible 597m2. The private pool has a large sunbathing area, with sun loungers, lounge corner and parasols. The garden has an area of 1,714m2 and is lovingly and elaborately landscaped. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the outside, the terrace and the pool. All upstairs rooms have access to a roof terrace with sea views. The villa's driveway is very private and discreet, as is the entire location of this first-class residence.
Only 200m as the crow flies from the sea, next to the villas of the Laguna Park Resort, you can reach the beach and the beach promenade in a few minutes on foot. It is approx. 1.8 kilometers to the old town of Poreč. You can walk along the Adriatic Sea to reach the tourist center or use the tourist train, which runs several times an hour only about 200 meters from the villa to the center of Poreč and back again.
