La posizione era veramente molto buona,anche gli spazi erano ampi e la televisione in salotto con la PlayStation molto insolito da trovare

apartamentul arata bine, patul este bun, canapeaua confortabila, spatios, luminos, are un ps4 cu cateva jocuri, tv mare, la banii este ok
foarte frig, 4 calorifere la 2 camere asa imense nu fac fata, vasele murdare, urme de mucegai, cuptorul nu merge, am luat 2 pizza cu ideea de a face la cuptor si nu ramane aprins focul, si lipsa de bricheta face si mai rau, si nu este sound proof deloc cum este scris, vecinul de jos ne aude fiecare pas, in rest lipsesc multe chestii esențiale, matura, bricheta, microunde macar daca nu merge cuptorul

Cel mai mare minus: Comunicare inexistenta cu proprietarul. Mesaje trimise fara niciun raspuns. Zero
Frig in apartament. Afara erau 8 grade. Lipsa posibilitate de a face mai cald. Proprietarul nu a raspuns la niciun mesaj.
Lipsa informatii wifi. Semnalul e foarte slab in apartament, asadar wifi e necesar. Insa nu exista informatii, iar proprietarul nu raspunde la mesaje.
