Location was great. Well equipped and felt like a home and not a sparse holiday let.
Boiler was noisy and kicked in very early morning.
Wooden chairs in the conservatory were very uncomfortable and all of them rickety and in need of repair. We could not sit for an extended period in this space.
Summer house was a great selling point but is clearly not cleaned as was full of cobwebs so we could not comfortably sit in there which was a shame.
