Conveniently placed in sought after Brancaster, detached Ash Cottage offers its guests the perfect introduction to the wild North Norfolk coast. With three sumptuous en-suite bedrooms and within walking distance of Brancaster beach and The Ship Inn, guests will enjoy the mix of stylish comfort and great location.
Clearly the owners placed great emphasis upon the fine furnishing, comfortable beds and attention to the details, as these standards are upheld through the property. The ground floor is an exemplar of this, as the living areas have been furnished in such a way that will cater for a range of needs. The comfortable sitting room is excellent for entertaining the children or for having a cosy night in around the television. Nearby, the kitchen and dining room offers yet more seating and, via the french doors, provides direct access to the enclosed rear garden. The generous kitchen has been appointed with a full inventory of kitchen and tableware and provides further seating around the kitchen island.
Moving upstairs, three quiet bedrooms have been carefully designed and promise a restful stay. All three have en-suite facilities, making this a superb option for groups of friends that all need separate wash room facilities. Ash Cottage can also be booked as a two bedroom option, listed as Ash Cottage (4).
Outside, the sunny enclosed garden is a great venue of lazy evenings and for al fresco dining. Ash Cottage also offers two off-road parking spaces.
