Very spacious room, comfortable and clean. Minimalistic, but functional and ultimately good value for money. The hotel is above the restaurant, but the room was very quiet. Good air conditioning. The restaurant was also very good: good food, friendly and accommodating staff, and good value for money. The hotel is 2 min aways from the main square of Saronno. There are many bars/caffes nearby, to get cornetti and cappuccino in the morning. We did not see much of Saronno, but we drove to Lake Como, which is around 40 min away. All in all, very good stay.

The hotel had some parking spaces, but very few. So, in the end we had to park on the main street outside. Not a big problem in the end, as the street is not busy and there was plenty of space.

Excellent overnight stay on way to Lake Como.

Lovely room with en-suite and air con. We came from Malpensa airport - a short train ride to Saronno and then an easy 10 min walk from the station. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant below - food was fantastic. Then back on the train the next morning to Como Lago. A great stop over.

Excellent

This small hotel is in a wonderful location for persons who are traveling to or from Milan Malpensa airport. It is in a pleasant real town (as opposed to an airport hotel desert). The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the train station with a short train ride to the airport. Trains from the central station in Milan to the Airport stop at this town. The room was simple but immaculate and contained all the necessities - including a work desk and a spacious modern bathroom. Downstairs there is a good popular restaurant with modest prices. The staff and owner are very friendly.

Nice big and clean room and comfortable beds

Nice host, but didn't help us to get a baby bed ("toddler and baby can sleep in one regular bed together, no?!"). And we didn't get any answer to messages in advance (check-in time or baby bed request). Also the given check-in slot is wrong (correct would be 12-15.30 and 18-23). And both soaps in the bath didn't work.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport and it was lovely!! The host was so sweet and took good care of us. The room was so nice and a great price.

Ottima sorpresa, stanze completamente ristrutturate e ristorante a disposizione molto buono.

Ho pernottato nella camera n. 2, prenotando una doppia ed era addirittura una tripla completamente ristruttura con un bagno veramente grande. Una piacevole sorpresa. La zona è vicino alla stazione ed al centro di Saronno, comoda per visitare il paese. Il ristorante sotto alla struttura è molto comodo e si mangia una pizza veramente ottima, con il diritto ad un 10% di sconto.

Avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale ed abbiamo trovato due letti singoli uniti da un materasso matrimoniale che non ha reso molto piacevole il dormire, per me troppo morbidi i materassi. Inoltre, dal piccolo frigorifero a disposizione, ogni tot di minuti partiva un rumore abbastanza fastidioso.

La posizione

Una delle due stanze prenotate (la numero 7) non aveva il riscaldamento e il condizionatore non era funzionante. Inoltre lo scarico della doccia era parzialmente otturato. Dal momento che siamo stati lì a dicembre, e c'era parecchio freddo fuori, non è stato particolarmente piacevole. Non c'era staff per discutere del problema quando siamo andati via, al mattino. L'altra stanza (la 4) non aveva alcun problema.

Bene ma con carenze curiose

Posizione centrale, allestimenti recenti e abbastanza curati, superfici ampie, wi-fi efficiente

Curiosa mancanza di attrezzature normali, come: -attaccapanni; o almeno ganci per appendere abiti; porta carta igienica; aste o ganci per gli asciugamani e teli in bagno; -in una camera tripla, due tavolini / comodino e un solo abat-jour, e una sola sedia; -almeno un armadio chiuso, al suo posto un tubo sotto mensola con pochi ometti. Invece sono presenti numerose mensole aperte tipo libreria, di fatto inutili anche se "scenografiche"; -riscaldamento carente, ad aria calda comandato da un pannellino di uso poco chiaro (e non spiegato in alcun luogo). Comunque temperatura bassa e non migliorabile in particolare nel locale bagno, dove non c'è neanche la bocchetta della climatizzazione. -Non presente il bollitore, pure previsto nelle descrizioni della camera sulla app.

Location molto pulita, molto accogliente, staff gentile, professionale e preparato. Con la possibilità di cenare presso la struttura ottimi cibi, complimenti per tutto, ci ritornerò sicuramente in una posizione centrale e comoda di Saronno. Eccellente

Sono stata molto bene alla perla , la camera bella , spaziosa e pulitissima . Al nostro arrivo siamo stati ricevuti dal personale della trattoria ,dato che il check in si fa lì, tutti molto gentili ed accoglienti. Abbiamo pranzato nella trattoria e ci hanno fatto anche il 10% di sconto e si mangia divinamente. Tutto perfetto, peccato essere dovuti andare via . Tornerò .

Endroit calme sur arrière de l'immeuble vue sur parkin mais parking pas entièrement privatif vous n'aurez pas une place d'assurée. En partage avec les immeubles autour du parking il faut avoir de la chance.
