Great pit stop for us on our drive back to England. Clean and comfortable. Great secure garage and lots of places to grab food, snacks and great priced petrol. Close to the motorway.

Comfortable and conveniently located for access by car. The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from the Saronno train station where there is a frequent service into Milan. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet very good.

Manageable walk to train station. Convenient proximity to grocery store. Bathroom shower/tub surface was not safe. Sides sloped to narrow, slippery area. A few anti slip circle stickers had been applied, but they were too small and too few. Glass panel was not secure, no safety bars, yet high side tub walls.

Chose for price and proximity to Milan, Malpensa airport and Como. Getting the train in and out of Milan was fine for a couple of days but the 20minute walk was a tad too much and the hotel could do with a shuttle service. It’s a very basic hotel, we were only there for one night which was fine but I wouldn’t want to base myself there longer. Staff were very polite and helpful when we needed.

Only there for 1 night and really didnt do anything but sleep and eat breakfast. The place was clean and staff that we met were friendly. Easy to find, a few places to eat within walking distance or 15% discount if you want to eat in the hotel restaurant. Secure underground parking for the car. Breakfast was decent. Would use again

Close to the motorway so easy to access and 15 minute walk to the train station. The hotel was clean and quiet and staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was rather limited and the restaurant rather uninspiring.

This hotel is very conveniently situated and has everything you might need. Staff were very friendly and the parking arrangements are great. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very sound-proof and on the nights that the adjacent rooms were occupied we couldn't sleep at all.

Aging hotel but close to the swiss border if you need to rest. Room was ok but found some ash on a shelf in the toilet which should of course have been cleaned better. Parking was good with both indoor and garage options. We used the garage. Breakfast could improve on bread and juice selection.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. The cave entrance was only few hundred meters from the hotel. Only thing that was slightly unfortunate was that there was no place to get late night snack as we arrived late and the hotel restaurant was closed from 22.00.

A conveniently situated hotel for breaking a long journey. The hotel was clean, comfortable, the room spacious and the staff polite and efficient. Like many Italian hotels in our experience, the value for money was excellent when compared with offerings in Northern Europe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient night stop. A large supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.

My stay at Hotel Della Rotonda was pretty good. The important thing to me was that they have good wi-fi. I've stayed at another large hotel in town and the wi-fi there was very poor. The food at the restaurant was very good. The only down side was that only the front desk staff spoke any english. I'll probably stay here again next time I'm in town.

Easy to find from the motorway and easy to park. Reception was attended even though we arrived late and good English was spoken. Breakfast was good. The only not so good thing was that there was no sink plug in the bathroom otherwise everything was as expected.

the rooms were big but had very paper thin walls. could hear everything from the room next door, no sound proofing existed at all. shopping mall was across the road so could get the basic necessities from there. very expensive breakfast for the number of items being served very far from milan, no buses around to get to the train station, train station was a 20 min walk away no ironing or self laundry available the washrooms were terrible conditions, everything was breaking or rusting

We stayed here with the idea that it would be close to both Milan City centre and the airport. It was exactly that! Situated about 20 mins from both it was perfect for us. Cheap hotel and the value for money was great. Comfy beds, clean and excellent bathroom. Not the most glamourised hotel but you get great friendly service for a small fee. Definitely recommend

Continental breakfast is toast and jam, that is it everyday. They could've offered fresh fruit or juice, or eggs nothing but bread and a coffee machine so it wasn't even that great. He hotel was kept clean. The location is not ideal if you want to explore the town nothing is going on. The exit spa is exceptional and definetly worth going to. The hotel shouldn't be rated as four stars the most is a two and a half, don't be deceived. If you decide to go, good luck to you.

The front desk staff make this place - they were helpful with everything. We got the hotel at a super rate which we appreciated. If we had paid more we might have been dissatisfied with some features such as the breakfast. No features near the hotel - Its a walk to get to the central area or to restaurants as an alternative to the hotel restaurant or semi fast food place next door.

When we were there, a lot of bus tour customers. Hotel is old and things do not work. The drain plug fro the wash basin cannot come up as linkage was broken. No soap or glass in room. Included breakfast has few to offer and under-staffed.

This is a Great hotel if visiting or working in Saronno. If the main purpose if to visit Milan I would suggest you get a hotel in or closer to milan central. It was easy to catch the train into Milan from Saronno but, after touring round Milan the 20 to 40 minute train ride back to Saronno was a bit much especially since I just want to rest for bit and hit the town at night. Also if you have trouble lifting your legs, lets say broken, injured etc the tubs are very high and you will have troble getting in or out.

Much better than most chain hotels in Italy. Clean & well maintained. Kind of hard to find without a good map or GPS. I always use it my last night in Italy as it is a 15 minute no toll / all autostrada drive to Malpensa airport. An Autogrille nearby has reasonable food & drink available almost all hours; rare in Italy. Ask to see the car collection in the lower garage; maybe a dozen cars, an unexpected treat!
