Odległość od centrum, ,ul. Piotrkowska na wyciągnięcie ręki. Stosunek ceny do jakości.
Brak informacji że pokój jest w piwnicy i BEZ OKIEN. Ściany zalane, zacieki których sprzątaczka nie widzi.( Patrz zdjęcie Brak uchwytów i półek w łazience..nie ma gdzie powiesić ubrań. Brak klapy w WC. Brak śmietnika w WC Któryś z lokatorów w sąsiednich pokojach palił papierosy w pokoju.

Brak okien uniemożliwia dobre wietrzenie pokoju.

Lokalizacja jest super, a pościel świeża i czysta. Fajnie, że jest dostęp do całkiem przyzwoitej kuchni.
Pokój to raczej klitka około 5 M2 bez okna, wyposażona w łóżko, hoker i kilka wieszaków, czego w opisie obiektu nikt nie ujmuje. Są jeszcze gniazdka powyrywane ze ścian (bardzo brudnych), więc nie można bezpiecznie z gniazdek korzystać. Nie ma też stolika, szafki czy jakiegokolwiek miejsca, by choćby odłożyć telefon lub kubek. W kuchni i łazience sporo małych latających ni to ciem ni moli. W jednej z dwóch wspólnych łazienek / toalet zepsute światło i zamek w drzwiach więc nie ma jak w spokoju z łazienki skorzystać. W drugiej 'latająca' deska klozetowa. Taki royal.
