The stay was exceptional.
I’ve never seen natural beauty like this in my life. I truly enjoyed the hotel and Ninh Binh and cannot wait to be back.
The only recommendation I have is the service was on the slow side.
While at the poolside, we’d order food and drinks and it sometimes took up to 30-35 mins to have the items delivered.., same for dinner.
Other than that everything was great

Resort is in an amazing location with spectacular scenery. Rooms were wonderful. Pool is fantastic. Only minor comment is poor lighting in the bathroom and fitness area is rustic.
