Mr Tom & his team were very friendly, always welcoming us back each time we returned to the hotel and always asking if everything was ok or anything they can do. Breakfast had a lot of options and we even got upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived. They gave us a leaving gift too. We were only there for 1 night but would definitely return if we come back to Hanoi.
The top level where we stayed had one flight of stairs, but was fine as they helped us with our cases.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The check in was seamless and the staff namely Jacky, Brian, Nina and Anna were exceptional.

The location is very good, walking distance to old quarter, nice restaurants and cafes all around. Manager is attentive and trying to sort out issues we have brought
They advertise a swimming pool that it IS NOT located at their property. You need to walk outside on the street scorted by them to another hotel 5-7 min away. I feel this is important to mention and Booking should have a look at this. I would not stayed here have I known. Breakfast was unfortunately cold and property is in need pf renovation.
