The room looked as shown in the picture, with sufficient air conditioning and cleanliness. However, I was curious when the first staff member said I could not check in, but the second staff member was very friendly and successfully helped me check in.

The hotel is very well situated, right next to the train station, where you can easily take the ride to explore various attractions in Interlaken. Also a great springboard to visit other places. Switzerland. Modern amenities and good service.

I booked a Junior Suite for ***, only to be notified weeks before arrival that the room was overbooked. Instead of providing a comparable alternative, I was forced into a downgrade to a Family Room with only *** in compensation—which is an insulting adjustment for such a significant change in room category.
The room quality itself was very underwhelming and felt more like budget-tier accommodation than the premium stay I paid for. The 'budget' feel was confirmed by the low-end, restricted all-in-one shower dispensers, which are completely inappropriate for this price point.
If you are considering this hotel, be warned that they may overbook your room and provide inadequate compensation.
