We stayed for three nights. The hotel is located centrally near shops, restaurants and the Interlaken West rail station. The breakfast was included in the rate and was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location right next to Interlaken West train station. Excellent breakfast with great-tasting food and immaculate upkeep. Modern, clean rooms, small but cleverly designed and fully soundproofed. Loved being able to open the door for fresh air with a safety barrier. Friendly staff throughout. A few NYE decorations would’ve been a nice touch, but overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience.

We had a nice and convenient stay. The hotel is located closed to the city and opposite to Migros mall and underground parking.
Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Breakfast offers variety of food & drinks. Hotel’s kitchen looks very very clean. 👍👌
