Express your culinary creativity in a gorgeous and spacious kitchen that has all the things (including a ninja blender, instant pot and air fryer!) and eat as a family on the private deck before cozying up on the couch to watch a movie or play a board game.
Tennis & Pickleball Fans, take a class or private session at the Tennis Center just across the street! We are just down the road from the fitness center, so you can hop in the hot tub or sauna, or swim a few laps in one of the 12 heated pools after your day of adventures!
Don't feel like going to the Fitness Center? Miles of walkable paths in Sea Colony are there for you to wander and see some of the natural beauty Bethany has to offer. And, maybe even a couple of curious foxes.
We are sharing our family space, so it really feels like a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen, puzzles and kids toys, herbs growing on the deck & art from all over the world. Cook up a storm and relax with the whole family in style and comfort.
Don't feel like cooking? There are restaurant options in town for all taste buds. The conddo is just a half mile from downtown Bethany Beach and all its restaurants, shops, and delights :)
Enjoy your slow mornings with a cup of coffee or tea on the outdoor deck overlooking trees and a lake, and end your evening with a cup of wine cuddled up on the couch, or stargazing outside! Balmy evenings will let you do whichever you choose that night.

Each member of your party 4 years and older is required to buy a weekly Resort Pass for access to all Sea Colony Amenities - pools, fitness centers etcetc.

**Parking**
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
OR, if you'd prefer, there parking for Bethany Beach town:
1-Day, 3-Day, and 7-Day passes are available for purchase 24/7 at the Bethany Beach Police Department located at 214 Garfield Pkwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.
**NO ANIMALS ALLOWED**
Sadly, not our decision, but that of Sea Colony :( we wish we could allow them, but they are prohibited for rental guests. Thank you for understanding and respecting this boundary.

Enjoyed our stay, cute condo, well equips, clean great location. Manager very responsive Check in instructions confusing One site stated use last 4 digits of our phone # used for booking another said use a specific code.The smaller bedroom curtains did not cover the windows facing out to the parking lot. Also in smaller room having nice nite stands would have enhanced the room.

We have stayed at condos in the Sea Colony for years now and this co do did not disappoint! It was very clean upon entry and the rooms were a nice size. Plenty of storage for our things along with more available thanks to our host…spices, pots and pans… the biking to the ocean was fun and not strenuous and we enjoy all the amenities that Sea Colony provides. Wonderful stay!

This spot served us perfectly when we needed an overflow space during a family reunion. 3 adults and 1 infant stayed and we biked & walked to town, the beach, and all over Sea Colony.
This is a first floor condo so there was some minimal noise above us that wasn't distracting but should be noted for anyone who may be sensitive to that setup. Also, Sea Colony passes that grant you access to the gym, pool, tennis facilities are not free. That's important to note because I wasn't initially aware and I think families in the future will appreciate the transparency. They're $55 a pass and everyone above the age of 4 is required to have one.
This location in Sea Colony is truly the best and I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thanks for having us!

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for while spending time near my mom's beach house. This condo was a mile and a half from my mom's beach house in South Bethany. I had been coming to Bethany Beach for my entire life, but had never stayed in see Colony until now! I really enjoyed the pool. I love the walking paths in Sea Colony. Check in was relatively simple when getting our badges for the week. And the condo itself was beautiful! The condo has a very good feel to it. The beds are amazingly comfortable! We took a picture of the tag just so that we can find the bed for ourselves one day hopefully. Would definitely stay here again. Restful in the condo has everything you need and the scenery is beautiful
