Alt Reddevitz is a small fishing village with about 150 residents and a district of Middelhagen, the center of the Mönchgut Peninsula, which lies in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen. To the southwest of Alt Reddevitz, a 3.5-kilometer-long, approximately 300-meter-wide spit extends into the Greifswalder Bodden—the Reddevitzer Höft. Passing through fields and meadows, past gorse and low coastal woods, you reach a steep coastline at its end, characterized by massive boulders. From here, you have a beautiful view of the island of Vilm and the southern coast of Rügen. Thanks to a wide range of recreational activities—including hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, and sailing—Alt Reddevitz is a great destination for any nature lover. Behind the village, a path leads to the Reddevitzer Höft spit. The unique features of the landscape are particularly evident once you reach the tip. In the spring, when the broom is in bloom, its vast sea of yellow flowers is a delight to the eye. Rügen’s largest contiguous heathland is a unique natural landmark. The natural beach at Alt Reddevitz invites you to take a refreshing swim. The water is shallow, making it well-suited for young children. The Mönchgut Peninsula is one of the most charming spots on Rügen. The view from the Bakenberg (67 m high) over the headlands jutting far out into the sea, with a vista of Usedom, Greifswald, and all the way to the chalk coast, is truly impressive.
The natural beach at Hagensche Wiek is just 300 m from the vacation resort and is perfect for a refreshing dip and a swim. The shallow water makes it a safe swimming spot for small children. 

The Baltic Sea resorts of Baabe, Göhren, and Sellin, with their sandy beaches, are located about 3–5 km away and can be reached via well-maintained bike paths.

No. 2: Ground-floor apartment with terrace. Individually appointed for 2–4 people. Approx. 49 sqm for up to 4 people, comfortably furnished in a country-style. Living room with cozy seating area (including a sleeper sofa), dining area, color TV with satellite reception, and CD stereo radio. Fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, blender, ample dishes and pots). Hallway with entryway closet and coat rack. Bedroom with a double bed, 2 nightstands, and a spacious closet. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Basement room with patio furniture (high chair and travel crib available upon request). Rules: Guests must bring their own bed linens, towels, and dish towels! Pets are not allowed! Bed linens can also be provided for a fee of 8 euros per person



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
