It consists of eight upscale buildings set on a park-like property spanning 7,000 square meters. Each apartment comes with one free parking space in the underground garage. Each apartment features a terrace, balcony, or loggia. The penthouse apartments offer a stunning view of the Achterwasser. On the island of Usedom, known for its long, fine-sand beaches, Mr. and Mrs. Singer offer you the perfect vacation home for relaxation. Seaside resorts line the 40-kilometer-long white sandy beach like pearls on a string. For hiking enthusiasts, the beach offers great opportunities for walks. The adjacent forests, meadows, and fields also invite you to explore nature. In fact, the 445 square kilometer, elongated island of Usedom offers charming natural scenery and something for every taste. The island is dotted with small and large lakes and is separated from the mainland by the Peenestrom with its rugged inlets of the Achterwasser. There are also sports activities to suit every taste: water sports, boat and bike rentals, tennis courts, and—in both the cold and warm seasons—the seawater swimming pool in Zinnowitz and the Ostseetherme in Ahlbeck. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a covered, south-facing balcony with 4 patio chairs, a table, and a parasol.
The apartment is bright and cheerfully furnished and features satellite TV and a radio.
A well-equipped kitchen with a full set of dishes, kitchen appliances, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster is provided. Starting in April 2017, a dishwasher will be available.
Bedroom with a double bed for 2 people; living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 people; a travel crib can be rented.
