The apartment house is divided into eight apartments of the same size, four of them on the first floor with a terrace, the other four on the upper floor with a balcony. Each apartment has its own apartment entrance.
In the spacious living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, a radio and a dining table. The open, fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room. From here you can step out onto your private balcony or terrace. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe where you can store all your belongings. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and a small shelf.


Apartment 01 is located on the first floor and has a private terrace.

You can bring your own towels and bed linen or you can book them for a fee and find both on arrival. If you are travelling with a toddler, you are welcome to book a travel cot and a high chair for a fee. Baby monitors, bottle warmers, baby baths, fall out protection, changing mats, night light and stair gates are also rented.
You can also borrow a microwave and a freezer box free of charge. If necessary, please indicate your wishes when booking.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
A parking space is located directly at the house and is free of charge.
A final cleaning fee is charged for the apartment. However, you also have the option of taking over the final cleaning yourself for a deposit. After successful acceptance on your departure, you will receive the amount back.
You have the option of using a washing machine and dryer in the central administration building, for a fee.

Swim in the North Sea Lagoon adventure pool for swimming in the seawater lake without ebb and flow or on the beaches along the coast monitored by the DLRG without an entrance fee, use the swimming pool or sauna or the play barn with go-kart track and mini golf in the village. Explore the region by bike, you will find a very well-developed network of cycle paths with a length of up to 250 km. You can also enjoy extensive sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking and fishing. A place for active holidays or pure relaxation. Our holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for this. Centrally located, not far from the beach but still quiet and individual.
Get to know the country and its people, stroll through neighbouring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave also has numerous shops and restaurants that invite you to linger. There are also always cultural highlights that we will be happy to inform you about on site.
