This cozy “Korsar” category vacation rental is located in the new section of the vacation park and occupies the entire upper floor of a vacation home. With 50 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people for a wonderful stay. The apartment features a spacious living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can step out onto your own balcony and enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather.
You’ll also find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The name “Korsar” doesn’t just refer to buccaneers and a class of sailboats—it also stands for a comfortable semi-detached home of approximately 50 m², where up to 3 people (plus a toddler) can enjoy a carefree vacation near the North Sea.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living room with an open kitchen and dining table, as well as a small guest restroom. The bedrooms (one with a double bed and TV, the other child-friendly and equipped with a single bed) and a bathroom with a shower are located on the upper floor. Additionally, you have access to the sun terrace with garden furniture, a storage room, and a parking space next to the house.

Well-behaved pets are welcome here (for a fee); the property is fenced.

The vacation home is located just behind the dike. Comfortable and tastefully furnished over approximately 50 square meters and designed to accommodate up to 3 (Korsar II) or 4 (Korsar I) people (plus one toddler, if applicable), you’ll find everything you need for a carefree vacation.
A beautiful semi-detached house in the lively North Sea resort of Burhave on the Butjadingen peninsula awaits you. Enjoy a vacation right by the North Sea—it’s sure to leave you feeling refreshed!
The house spans two levels and features either two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub and toilet, or one bathroom on the upper floor and a guest restroom on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and the children’s room has either a pull-out single bed or two single beds. 

If you’re traveling with a toddler, you’re welcome to use a travel crib or high chair for a fee. Please let us know in advance so that these items will be ready for you upon arrival!

Please note that our accommodations are rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. A terrace also awaits you here. Enjoy the sunshine and the fresh North Sea air while having breakfast or relaxing! But even outside the peak season, the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the North Sea coast.
You’re welcome to bring your own towels and bedding, or you can use our service and find them ready upon arrival. In the central administration building, you also have the option to use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Parking for your car is available right next to the house. A flat fee for final cleaning is charged for the apartment. However, you’re also welcome to handle the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded to you after your departure.
There are a variety of recreational activities for children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Go swimming at the Nordseelagune water park – enjoy swimming in a seawater lake without tides – or on the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast, which have no admission fee. You can also use the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn—which features a go-kart track and mini-golf, among other things—in town. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy plenty of sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing here. A place for an active vacation or simply for pure relaxation.
