The Ketsch vacation rental offers 65 square meters of space, enough for 4 people plus a toddler, and is located on the first floor of the house. The spacious living area welcomes you with an open, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table and comfortable seating. From here, you can step out onto the furnished terrace, where you can sit together and relax at any time. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a closet where you can store your belongings. The second bedroom has two single beds and a small desk in the middle.
To ensure no one has to wait in line early in the morning, the vacation rental features a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, washing machine, toilet, sink, and ample storage space, as well as a guest restroom.


You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can book them for an additional fee and find both ready upon your arrival. If you’re traveling with a toddler, you’re welcome to book a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee. We also rent out baby monitors, bottle warmers, baby bathtubs, safety rails, changing pads, night lights, and stair gates.
You can also borrow a microwave and a freezer for free. If needed, please specify your requests when booking.
A parking space is located right next to the house and is free of charge.
A flat-rate final cleaning fee is charged for the apartment. However, you also have the option of handling the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. Upon successful inspection upon your departure, you will receive a refund of this amount.
You have the option to use a washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.

In the lively seaside resort of Burhave on Butjadingen, the “Ketsch” and “Kutter” vacation apartments are located directly behind the dike in the “Ferienpark am Meer.” Each apartment offers ample space for 4 people plus a small child and features two bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a guest restroom.

Please note that our accommodations are rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted. 

The ground-floor apartments feature a furnished terrace, while the upper-floor apartments have a furnished balcony.
Pets are welcome but must be registered in advance.
There are a variety of recreational activities for both children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip at the Nordseelagune water park – Enjoy swimming in the seawater lake—which has no tides—– or on the DLG-supervised, free-admission beaches along the coast; take advantage of the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn—which includes a go-kart track and mini-golf—in town. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy plenty of sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing. A place for an active vacation or simply for pure relaxation. Our vacation apartments are the ideal starting point for this. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and unique.
Get to know the region and its people; take a stroll through nearby Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave itself also offers plenty of shops and restaurants where you can linger. There are also regular cultural highlights, and we’d be happy to provide you with more information about them once you’re here.
