The Kogge vacation home is located in the new section of the vacation park. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished and, with approximately 71 m² of living space, can accommodate up to 5 adults and one toddler up to 2 years old.
The “Kogge” house type consists of vacation apartments in semi-detached houses that span two floors.
On the first floor is the spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this is the open-concept kitchen with a dining area. You’ll also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet here.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first bedroom features a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has one single bed. You’ll also find a second bathroom with a shower and toilet upstairs.
The Kogge house also includes a sun terrace, a storage room, and a parking space next to the house.

The Kogge house type is suitable for up to 5 people plus one toddler. The total living area of 71 m² is spread over two floors: The lower level features an open-concept living area with large patio doors, a dining area, and a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes for your use.
The upper floor includes three bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds, and one single bed) as well as an additional bathroom with a shower. You’ll also have access to a sun terrace, a storage room, and a parking space next to the house.
Pets are welcome for a fee.

The vacation home, which consists of two living units, is located just behind the dike. Comfortably and tastefully furnished for up to 5 people, you’ll find everything you need for a carefree vacation.
The house spans two levels and features two bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as three bedrooms. A spacious home for 5 people. Enjoy the sunshine and the fresh North Sea air while having breakfast or relaxing on the terrace! But even outside the peak season, the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the North Sea coast.

Please note that our accommodations are rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rental to construction workers is not permitted.

If you’re arriving by car, a private parking space is available right next to the house.

You’re welcome to bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can use our service and find them ready upon arrival. In the central administration building, you also have the option to use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

If you’re traveling with a toddler, you’re welcome to use a travel crib or high chair for a fee. Please let us know in advance so that these items will be ready for you upon arrival!

A flat-rate final cleaning fee is charged for the apartment. However, you are also welcome to take care of the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after your departure.

There are a variety of recreational activities for children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip at the Nordseelagune water park – Enjoy swimming in the seawater lake—with no tides—or on the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast with no admission fee; take advantage of the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn—which includes a go-kart track and mini-golf—in town. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy plenty of sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing here. A place for an active vacation or simply for pure relaxation. Our vacation apartments are the ideal starting point for this. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and unique.
Get to know the region and its people; take a stroll through neighboring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave itself also offers numerous shops and restaurants that invite you to linger. There are also regular cultural highlights, about which we’d be happy to inform you when you arrive.
