This cozy semi-detached home in the Korsar category is located in the new section of the vacation park and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people in its 50 m². On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small storage room for your belongings, and the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The open, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table are also located here. Enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather on your own terrace, which you can access directly from the living room.
You can reach the upper floor of the townhouse via a wooden staircase. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with one or two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located here.
You’ll find a free parking space for your car right in front of the house.

The name “Korsar” doesn’t just stand for buccaneers and a class of sailboats, but also for a comfortable semi-detached house of approx. 50 m², where up to 3 people (plus a toddler) can enjoy a carefree vacation near the North Sea.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living room with an open kitchen and dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bedrooms (one with a double bed and TV, the other child-friendly and furnished with a single bed) and an additional bathroom with shower are located on the upper floor. You also have access to the sun terrace with garden furniture, a storage room, and a parking space next to the house.

The vacation home is located just beyond the dike. Comfortable and tastefully furnished over approximately 50 square meters and designed for up to 3 (Korsar II) or 4 (Korsar I) people (plus a toddler, if applicable), you’ll find everything you need for a carefree vacation.
A beautiful semi-detached house awaits you in the lively North Sea resort of Burhave on the Butjadingen peninsula. Enjoy a relaxing vacation right by the North Sea!
The house spans two levels and features either two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub and toilet, or one bathroom on the upper level and a guest restroom on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and the children’s room has either a pull-out single bed or two single beds. 

If you’re traveling with a toddler, you’re welcome to request a travel crib or high chair for a fee. Please let us know in advance so these items will be ready for you upon arrival!

Please note that our accommodations are rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a terrace here. Enjoy the sunshine and the fresh North Sea air while having breakfast or relaxing! But even outside the peak season, the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the North Sea coast.
You’re welcome to bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can use our service and find them ready upon arrival. In the central administration building, you also have the option to use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Parking for your car is available right next to the house. A flat-rate final cleaning fee applies to the apartment. However, you’re also welcome to handle the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded to you after your departure.
There are a variety of recreational activities for both children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Go swimming at the Nordseelagune water park – enjoy swimming in the seawater lake, which has no tides – or at the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast with no admission fee; take advantage of the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn—which features a go-kart track and mini-golf—in town. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km.
