All apartments are accessible via a glass elevator. Free Wi-Fi is available in the building. The apartments are modernly equipped and feature a well-stocked kitchenette with a dishwasher. The rooms have cable TV with a DVD player and a stereo system with a CD player. Bicycle storage is available on the premises. One parking space is available for each apartment. All apartments have a furnished balcony. A sauna with lounge chairs, as well as a washer and dryer, are available in the common areas for a fee.
