About this apartment rental
Our beautiful vacation apartments, Luv and Lee, are located on the upper floor of our home. They are newly built and offer our guests a stunning view of Lake Sellin. They measure approximately 35 square meters and can accommodate up to 2 adults. These vacation apartments feature modern, high-quality furnishings.
The living area includes a comfortable sofa with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table with seating. The modern open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, automatic coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator, as well as all necessary accessories.
The bedroom features a desk, a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, and a three-door wardrobe with a mirror. The bedroom also features a modern flat-screen TV. For an additional fee per guest, fresh towels are provided, and the beds are already made with linens (please book this option if desired). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
This apartment also features a beautiful balcony (south-facing) with modern patio furniture. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Sellin. The sunsets here are truly unique. The visitor’s tax is to be paid on site.

Welcome to the Sellin on the Baltic Sea!
Our two vacation apartments, Luv and Lee (35 square meters, 1 living room, 1 bedroom; max. 2 adults) are located directly on Lake Sellin and only about 1,500 m from the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. The Sellin Baltic Sea Resort, where the vacation apartments are located, is part of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. Both vacation apartments are furnished in a modern and comfortable style; located on the upper floor, they offer a magnificent view of Lake Sellin. The vacation apartments feature a beautiful sun-drenched balcony with modern furniture.
For a one-time additional fee, fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will already be made with linens.
For guests who wish to bring their own boat, our large on-site boat dock is available. The water depth at the dock is approximately 0.8 m to 1 m. A parking space is available right next to the house. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request by a bike rental service. Bicycle storage is available. The public transit bus stop is approximately 400 meters away.
