Spacious 3-bedroom vacation apartment in the attic with a view over the dike.

• The living room features a large dining table and a flat-screen TV
• New open-concept kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
• 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, one of which is brand new
• 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.20 m and adjustable slatted frames; 2nd bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m; 3rd bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and adjustable slatted frames.
• extra-large Veluxwindows with a magnificent view and electric exterior shutters in 2 bedrooms
The entire house was freshly renovated in 2017 and furnished. There are a total of 7 vacation apartments of various sizes.
• 5 apartments are equipped for 1–3 people. They feature a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bathrooms are completely new and decorated in cheerful colors; the kitchens are also new and cheerfully furnished, naturally equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and refrigerator.

The apartment spans two floors. It features 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower on the first floor, a separate restroom on the first floor, a brand-new kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, a cozy living room, and a large southwest-facing terrace...

Then our “Captain’s Look-Out” apartment on the second floor is perfect for you! You’ll have the entire second floor to yourself. A brand-new built-in kitchen with everything you need, 4 new large Velux windows (with exterior blinds!) for plenty of light and a sweeping view, 2 bathrooms (one brand-new). And our guests’ favorite: the beautiful sunroom with a direct view of the dike. Don’t forget your binoculars!
