Holiday apartment in Büsum with swimming pool

Our holiday apartment Marianne, completely renovated and newly furnished for the start of the 2023 season, accommodates up to six people and is located on the first and second floors of our classic red-brick house in Büsum, dating from the 1960s. You enter the approximately 85m² apartment on the first floor through a hallway, from which you can access the kitchen, living room, a bedroom, and one of two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer), dimmable lighting, and a small dining area. From here, you can access the spacious southwest-facing balcony, which features seating and a table. The heart of the apartment is the brightly furnished living room on the same floor. The comfortable corner sofa invites you to relax. You have access to Wi-Fi and a television with satellite reception. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 0.80m x 2m) and a wardrobe. Pleated blinds are provided for darkening the windows. The interior bathroom on this floor features a shower, sink, and wall-hung toilet. A staircase inside the apartment leads to the second floor. Both bedrooms and a walk-in closet located there are accessible from the hallway. The street-facing bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed (2 x 0.80m x 2m) under the sloping ceiling, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Both skylights can be darkened with pleated blinds. The garden-facing bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed (2m x 1.40m), an armchair, and a chest of drawers, and is equipped with blackout pleated blinds, allowing the room to be used either as a bedroom or a retreat. This room has a small en-suite bathroom with natural light, a wall-hung toilet, a shower, and a sink. All floors in the apartment are covered with allergy-friendly vinyl or tiles. Parking is available at the house during your stay.
