About this house rental

To the holiday home:
The 110m² holiday home is located in a quiet side street in Erlengrund, just 50m from the adventure bay. 10min. The kiosk, snack bar, ice cream shop and two restaurants are within walking distance. The house was completely renovated in 2015 and is modern, tastefully and comfortably furnished. It is ideal for a large or 2 related / friend families, since there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom in the front and in the back of the house.
The approx. 35m² combined dining and living room is in the middle of the house and creates a cozy atmosphere thanks to the dark furniture. Here you can spend a very nice time with a variety of board games even in rainy weather.
There are 3 flat screen televisions in the house. They are located in the living room, in double room 1 and in the single room. There is also a music system in the living room to which an iPhone or cell phone can be connected via USB. You can go directly to the Internet via a WiFi connection.
The new open and functional kitchen offers enough space for cooking and for the supplies and is connected to the dining area by a counter. It is equipped with extensive dishes, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a microwave. A large refrigerator with an integrated freezer and a quiet dishwasher were ready for use.
The 4 bedrooms are comfortably and attractively furnished. In double room 1 a cot can be added.
The two new bathrooms have a walk-in tiled shower area with sliding glass doors.
There is a storage room in the house, where suitcases, bags and other items can be stowed.
The little visible garden is oriented to the southwest and invites you to relax and grill on the large terrace or the approx. 100m² lawn. Garden table, chairs, loungers, a parasol and the grill are available.

Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen. Es war gut ausgestattet mit allem was wir brauchten und die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich ist einfach perfekt. Mit kleinen Kindern genau das Richtige! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank!

Zur Ferienwohnung
hatten wir einige Beanstandungen:
Wir hatten für beide Doppelbetten Bettwäsche bestellt.
Es war aber bei Ankunft nur für ein Doppelbett die Bettwäsche vorhanden.
Das was wir bekommen haben war irgendwie "zusammengewürfelt".
Das bestellte Kinderreisebett war auch nicht vorhanden.
Duschvorleger gab es keine.
Der Hauswirtschaftsraum war voller schmutziger Wäsche.
Diese sollte umgehend abgeholt werden.
passierte aber während des Urlaubs nicht!
Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lies stark zu wünschen übrig.
Wofür bezahlt man dann die Endreinigung?

Folgende Mängel hatten wir festgestellt:
Die eine Schublade der Kommode hängt
die Steckdose im kleinen Bad war ohne Funktion
die Schließung der Terrassentür hackt
Strandkorb defekt
beide Halterungen für die Duschköpfe defekt
------------------------------------------------
Beide Bäder waren sehr klein
Gefallen hat uns das Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Küche.
