God location.

Bad information about were we could find the key. All information in German, no english so we didn’t understand the information in the appartment. Uncomfortable beds! The bed were missing mattress.

Gute Lage, Wohnung vernachlässigt

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, man ist schnell an der See. Vor der Haustür ist ein Bäckerverkaufswagen, EDEKA ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Es scheint, dass die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und man sich nicht wirklich darum kümmert. Zum Beispiel sind die Matratzen stark eingelegen, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist kaputt und die Sauberkeit lässt so manche Wünsche offen.

Erholung pur…

Schöne großzügige Wohnung mit einer guten Ausstattung. Ruhig gelegen, sodass man im Herbst am Abend nicht so gerne den Spaziergang in die Innenstadt aufnimmt. Aber auch die Gastronomie im 20 Minuten Umfeld war gut.

Entspannung pur in Büsum

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Laguna Beach. Die Lage der Fewo ist sehr ruhig, es gibt vor der Tür Parkmöglichkeiten und der Bäckerewagen ist direkt um die Ecke. Ist einem der Fußweg in die Stadt zu weit fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Krabbenexpress los. Man ist schnell am Meer bzw im Watt. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung und Herrn Lemcke war auch sehr nett.

Ein rundum gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub im Laguna Beach

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Ruhig und nahe der Perlebucht. Ein Bäckerwagen direkt um die Ecke wo es von 7 bis 10 Uhr frische Brötchen/ Brot/ Eier und Gebäck gibt. Die Haltestelle des Krabbenexpress ist auch in der Nähe * mit Gästekarte kostenlos* Wir waren in der Wohnung Nr 5, Captiva Island. Gut eingerichtet , uns hat nichts gefehlt. Ein schöner Balkon mit Morgensonne . Am Schlafzimmer ist auch noch ein Balkon den man sich mit der Nachbarwohnung teilt. Der Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung ( Familie Schulze) war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurztripp und haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt.

Die gute Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Viel Platz und Ablagen im Bad, die Betten waren schon bezogen und genügend Handtüchern waren im Buchungspreis inclusive. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und endlich waren mal genügend Bügel vorhanden! Die Küche ist mit guten Geräten ausgestattet und gut bestückt. Großer Tisch im Essbereich und ausreichende Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch auf dem Balkon.

Einfach empfehlenswert!

Wir sind nach langer Zeit wieder im Laguna Beach gewesen und es war wie immer einfach spitze! Mittlerweile sind wir nicht mehr 4 Erwachsene - sondern eben mit 2 Kleinen Kids zurück gekehrt. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal auf das Apartment und werden nächstes Jahr wieder buchen. Es ist wie immer sauber gewesen und die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer gefallen uns nach wie vor!

Wohnung mit schönem Balkon und guter Lage, aber mit Sauberkeit Luft nach oben

Super gute Lage und große Wohnung

Es war wenig Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Die Balkontür war noch voller Fingerabdrücke und auch die Spülmaschine war von außen ziemlich dreckig und es fehlt Salz.Ebenso waren Töpfe noch mit Soßenresten im Schrank gestanden und auf den Tischen noch Abdrücke von Gläsern. Beim Kühlschrank war der Griff provisorisch befestigt, aber man musste bei jedem Öffnen aufpassen, dass man ihn nicht gleich in der Hand hat. Einen Besen haben wir auch vergeblich gesucht.

Ein schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt in Büsum, bei bestem Wetter und einem super Konzert am Strand.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen, mit einem Bäckerwagen direkt vor der Tür. Gute Ausstattung der Küche - alles vorhanden was man so alltäglich braucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten. ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Ess-Ecke. Kleine, aber feine Küche. Ein Abstellraum für Koffer usw. mit Garderobe.

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können (Haare in der Dusche und der Rand etwas verschmutzt, eine fast leere Flasche unter dem Sofa, der Deckel vom Bad-Mülleimer länger nicht gewischt). Der Fön ist nur mittelmäßig - bei langen Haaren braucht man ewig, weil er zu wenig Power hat. Eine Halterung für das WC-Papier fehlte leider. Ein paar Sitzkissen für die Terrassenstühle wären toll. Trotz der kleinen Mängel - OK!

Der Aufenthalt in Büsum und der FeWo hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt

-in der Wohnung waren alle Küchengeräte die man so zum alltäglichen Gebrauch nutzt verhanden, wie bei der Vorstellung ausgeweisen - das Haus lag ruhig und die Nordsee war nicht weit, nach Büsum waren es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß

keine Beanstandungen bei der FeWo wenn man in Deutschland an des Wasser möchte , muss man bezahlen, das geht in Holland anders, da ist der Strand für alle frei zugänglich und trotzdem sauber

Urlaubsfeeling war da

Die Lage ist super, der Brötchen Stand ist fast direkt vorm Haus. Den geteilten Balkon am Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt und den anderen leider nur ein Mal, das lag am Wetter. Die Ausstattung war nicht schlecht.

Das Haus könnte generell mal renoviert werden, diverse Risse in den Wänden und die Türen sind schon geflickt, jedenfalls in unserer Wohnung. Schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
