Die Fewo hat eine sehr gute Lage. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand, sie ist ruhig gelegen, der Urlauberzug ins Zentrum hält direkt vor der Haustür, Parkplatz ist auch unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Die Betten liegen sich sehr gut!
Der Fernsehempfang ist eine Katastrophe! Kein HD, insgesamt 16 Programme, von denen einige nur im Audioformat ohne Bild empfangen werden, bei anderen passt der Ton nicht zum Bild und wenn so etwas wie ein Bild zu erkennen ist, dann in so schlechter Qualität, also so etwas haben wir nicht mal vor der Wende beim Westfernsehen gehabt! Der Vermieter versprach Abhilfe, aber der Hausmeisterservice, der sich drum kümmern sollte war nicht da. Außerdem wäre bei der Küchenausstattung ein Brötchenmesser angebracht! Der Wäscheständer ist ganz schön angerostet. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Wohnung könnte gründlicher geputzt werden! Im Bad waren Spinnenweben und der Balkon wurde wohl schon länger nicht gereinigt.
