Welcome to our Baltic Sea vacation rental!
Our Baltic Sea vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor, has a separate entrance, Wi-Fi, and is approximately 30 square meters in size. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and one child up to 12 years old and has been furnished in a modern and tasteful style.
The living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, a table with two leather armchairs, and a wardrobe. There is also a flat-screen TV here.
Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with linens, and fresh towels will be waiting for you.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. There is a daybed in an alcove here, which can also be made up as an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old upon request.
This living unit also includes a glass-enclosed veranda (loggia) with seating and a beautiful view. Here you can quietly wind down the evening with a glass of wine.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, toilet, and sink.
Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!
Our vacation villa is situated close to nature in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen in the well-known Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. It is just 400 meters from the fine-sand beach with the famous Sellin pier, situated in the heart of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, which boasts plenty of unspoiled nature! Biking and hiking trails leading into the Granitz Mountains or to the beaches begin right near the property. The Friedensberg is also in the immediate vicinity. It is the centerpiece of Sellin’s newly landscaped spa park. In just one minute, you’ll be on the famous Wilhelmstraße, which, with its many restaurants and shops, forms the heart of Sellin. A Sparkasse, Volksbank, shopping options, a bakery, and a playground are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Here we rent out three beautiful vacation apartments (30–55 square meters, living room, 1–2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, glassed-in porch, space for up to 3–4 guests, Wi-Fi).
You’ll find more details in the descriptions of the individual vacation apartments. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is a storage area available for the bicycles you bring with you. The public transit bus stop is about 500 meters away, and during the season, the free local beach tram stops right in front of the house on its way to the beach.
The History of the Ferienklause!
The Ferienklause was built in 1908 and exudes the charm of a vacation villa in the seaside resort architectural style. Our house has had an eventful history. It has been family-owned since 1940. During the difficult postwar and GDR periods, only the most urgent maintenance work was possible. It wasn’t until after German reunification that we were able to carry out extensive modernization to offer you a comfortable and inviting stay.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
