Welcome to our Granitz vacation rental!
Our Granitz vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor, has a separate entrance, Wi-Fi, and is approximately 50 square meters in size. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and has been furnished in a modern and tasteful style. The living room features a comfortable sofa with a side table and a flat-screen TV. A second couch can be converted into a bed for 2 guests if needed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic-glass cooktop, range hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. There is also a dining table with seating here.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a wardrobe. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with linens, and fresh towels will be provided for you. This unit also features a very large glass-enclosed veranda (loggia) with an additional dining area and a beautiful view. You can access it from either the living area or the bedroom. Here you can enjoy breakfast or relax and wind down in the evening with a glass of wine.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and sink.
Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!
Our vacation villa is situated close to nature in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen in the well-known Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. It is just 400 meters from the fine-sand beach with the famous Sellin pier, situated in the heart of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, surrounded by unspoiled nature! Biking and hiking trails leading to the Granitz or to the beaches start right near the property. The Friedensberg is also in the immediate vicinity. It is the centerpiece of Sellin’s newly landscaped spa park. In just one minute, you’ll be on the famous Wilhelmstraße, which, with its many restaurants and shops, forms the heart of Sellin. A Sparkasse, Volksbank, shopping options, a bakery, and a playground are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Here we rent out three beautiful vacation apartments (30–55 square meters, living room, 1–2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, glassed-in porch, space for up to 3–4 guests, Wi-Fi).
You’ll find more details in the descriptions of the individual vacation apartments. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is a storage area available for the bicycles you bring with you. The public transit bus stop is about 500 meters away, and during the season, the free local beach tram stops right in front of the house on its way to the beach.
The History of the Ferienklause!
The Ferienklause was built in 1908 and exudes the charm of a vacation villa in the seaside resort architectural style. Our house has had an eventful history. It has been family-owned since 1940. During the difficult postwar and GDR periods, only the most urgent maintenance work was possible. It wasn’t until after German reunification that we were able to carry out extensive modernization to offer you a comfortable and inviting stay.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
