With a magnificent view over the rooftops of Sellin and out to the idyllic rolling hills surrounding Lake Sellin, this approximately 61-square-meter duplex apartment awaits you on the upper and top floors of Building 2. Wonderfully quiet and centrally located, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from here along Wilhelmstraße—with its shops and restaurants—to the main beach and its famous pier.
Your temporary home consists of a living room with an open-concept kitchen and an adjoining balcony, two separate bedrooms, as well as a hallway, a bathroom, and a guest restroom.
From the entryway, you’ll walk through the hallway into the living room, which is equipped with, among other things, a comfortable sofa area, a TV, internet radio, and free Wi-Fi. Make yourself comfortable, lose yourself in a good book, watch your favorite show, listen to music, and just “take it easy”— —you’re on vacation.
The open-concept kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Of course, there’s also plenty of cookware, tableware, and other useful kitchen essentials. It’s only about a two-minute walk to the nearest bakery for fresh breakfast rolls. You can dine wherever you like—either at the large dining table in the living room or outside on the balcony, which faces the sunny southeast.
The guest bathroom and one of your two bedrooms are also located on this floor. The latter is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a closet for your vacation wardrobe, and an additional TV.
A few steps up, under gently sloping ceilings, you’ll find the second bedroom—also furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a TV —as well as the bathroom with a shower/toilet, sink, and hair dryer.
Good to know:
• A parking space is reserved for you free of charge in the building’s underground garage (maximum clearance height: 2.10 m). You can easily reach your floor by elevator.
• The underground garage also features a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (coin-operated).
• To keep pesky pests out, there are fly screens on the windows.
Apartment 09 can be booked for up to 4 people. Your four-legged friend is also a very welcome guest, provided you notify us in advance and pay a small fee. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
