The Baltic Sea beach and the historic pier are within walking distance. Sellin also offers numerous opportunities for hiking or biking through a beautiful deciduous forest area. You can reach the neighboring seaside resorts of Baabe, Göhren, or Binz by walking along the coast, along the high cliffs, or through the woods.



Haus Möwe II Apt. 05 “Rügenglück” with balcony:

The beautiful 2-room vacation apartment „Rügenglück“ in Haus Möwe has approximately 50 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor, which you can easily reach by elevator. It features a well-thought-out floor plan and accommodates up to 2 to 3 people. The non-smoking apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. It features a spacious living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (can accommodate a third person; 1.60 m x 2.00 m), two armchairs with a coffee table, a floor lamp, a tall cabinet, a sideboard with a smart TV, a DAB radio, a stereo system with a CD player, Wi-Fi–connection, and a DVD player. A kitchenette is harmoniously integrated into the living area. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a blender, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and various small kitchen items. An adjacent dining table completes the area. On the furnished balcony—accessible from the living area, equipped with a parasol, and facing southeast—you can enjoy the morning sun and a small view of Lake Sellin while having a cozy breakfast. In the bedroom, a large double bed at a comfortable height (1.80 m x 2.00 m), with adjustable slatted frames, bedside tables with lighting, and a clothes rack ensures a good night’s sleep. You can easily store your wardrobe in a large closet. Suitcases and other items can be stored in a storage room next to the spacious shower room. Here you’ll also find, among other things, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack with clothespins, and cleaning supplies. The naturally lit bathroom features underfloor heating and heated towel racks, a toilet, a sink, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. All windows are floor-to-ceiling and feature double-glazed panes. You can use the curtains to darken the rooms. In the communal basement, you can use the shared washing machine and dryer for an additional fee. You can purchase tokens upon request during your stay. A private parking space (No. 05) and a bike storage area are included with the apartment and are located in the building’s underground garage (entry height: 2.10 m). Pets are welcome for an additional fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small hand towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
