This two-bedroom vacation rental is located on the first floor of Villa Helga in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz. Wake up to the morning sun on the terrace. Parking is available on the property, as is a bike shed. An outdoor grill on the terrace and two beach chairs for shared use are also available for a cozy barbecue evening. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee.

Thanks to its central location, everything is within walking distance, including the train station, supermarket, bakery, drugstore, restaurant, and boutiques. The kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is also only about a 9-minute walk away.
A laundry package can be added for a fee per person. If you book on the same day as your arrival, the laundry package cannot be added due to the short notice, so you’ll need to bring your own.

Are you traveling with an extended family or planning a vacation with friends? The villa has two additional units with a total of eight more beds, which you are, of course, welcome to book together.

Are you looking for space and room to spend time with your loved ones? Then our 72-square-meter “Morgensonne” is the perfect choice for you!
On the first floor of the lovingly renovated Villa Helga, you’ll find plenty of space for couples or families, with sleeping accommodations for six. The bedroom features a large 180-cm-wide double bed and a bunk bed with two 90-cm-wide mattresses. For a little more privacy, we also offer a second bedroom with a 140-cm-wide double bed.
The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven with an induction cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pod machine, a toaster, and an egg cooker. A washing machine is available free of charge to all guests at Villa Helga.
The name says it all—let the morning sun greet you, preferably with a hot cup of coffee, on the beautiful, spacious terrace.
Have you been inspired to stroll through the little shops in Zinnowitz or visit the beautiful pier? Thanks to our villa’s wonderfully central location, you can decide on the spur of the moment whatever takes your fancy. How about a refreshing walk along the Baltic Sea? You’re just a 9-minute walk away from the island’s kilometer-long sandy beach.
When you return, exhausted, a hot bath will be waiting to pamper you. To round off a romantic evening, how about something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the terrace or a glass of red wine by the cozy wood-burning stove? Put your feet up and relax.
We’ll make sure all your wishes come true. Are you coming by car, or perhaps in a sporty way—by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. But that’s not all. We offer free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, DAB radio, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and—for our youngest guests—a crib, a high chair, a foldable changing pad, and much more.
A linen package can be added for a fee per person. If the booking is made on the same day as arrival, the linen package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought with you. A handcart with a canopy can be rented for €15 per day.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
