About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of Villa Helga in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz. Parking is available on the property, as is a bicycle storage area. An outdoor grill on the terrace and two beach chairs for shared use are also available for a cozy evening of grilling. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee.
Thanks to its central location, everything is within walking distance, including the train station, supermarket, bakery, drugstore, restaurant, and boutiques. The kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is also only about a 9-minute walk away.
A laundry package can be added to your booking for a fee per person. If the booking is made on the same day as your arrival, the laundry package cannot be added due to the short notice, so you’ll need to bring your own.
Are you traveling with your extended family or planning a vacation with friends? The villa has two additional units with a total of eight more beds, which you are, of course, welcome to book together.

Come stay with us at the “Nachtstern,” a 42-square-meter apartment on the upper floor of the lovingly renovated Villa Helga. Freshly renovated, the living room features a modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, an oven with an induction cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bedroom features a 180-cm-wide double bed. A particular highlight is the small veranda, where you can't only sleep on a 150-cm-wide sofa but also enjoy the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day. A washing machine is available free of charge to all guests at Villa Helga.
With a hot cup of tea in hand, a vacation evening could hardly be more perfect. Does that make you want to stroll through the little shops in Zinnowitz or visit the beautiful pier? Thanks to our villa’s very central location, you can decide on the spur of the moment what you’d like to do. How about a refreshing walk along the Baltic Sea? You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the island’s kilometer-long sandy beach. When you return, tired but happy, a hot spa shower awaits you in the modern bathroom.
Enjoy the last rays of sunshine with something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the spacious terrace. To round off a romantic evening, how about a glass of wine by our fire pit or in front of the bio-fireplace?
We’ll make sure all your wishes are fulfilled. Are you coming by car, or perhaps in a more active way—by bike? Of course, we have space on the property for both. But that’s not all. We offer free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, a CD radio, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and—for our youngest guests—a crib, a high chair, a foldable changing pad, and much more.
