About this apartment rental
This two-bedroom vacation rental is located on the upper floor of Villa Helga in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz. Parking is available on the property, as is a bicycle storage area. For a cozy barbecue evening, an outdoor grill is available on the terrace, as well as 2 beach chairs for shared use. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee.
Thanks to its central location, everything is within walking distance, including the train station, supermarket, bakery, drugstore, restaurant, and boutiques. The kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is also only about a 9-minute walk away.
A linen package can be added for a fee per person. If the booking is made on the same day as arrival, the linen package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought along.
Are you traveling with an extended family or planning a vacation with friends? The villa features two additional units with a total of eight more beds, which you’re welcome to book together.

Come stay with us in the 36-square-meter Abendmond vacation rental on the upper floor of the lovingly renovated Villa Helga. Freshly renovated, the living room features a modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, an oven with an induction cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The bedroom features a 160-cm-wide double bed. The lockable bedroom and bathroom are located directly across from the living room. To reach these two rooms, you’ll need to cross the narrow shared hallway. The small veranda is especially lovely—not only can you sleep on a 140-cm-wide sofa there, but you can also enjoy the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day. With a hot cup of tea in hand, a vacation evening could hardly be more perfect.
Has this made you want to stroll through the little shops in Zinnowitz or visit the beautiful pier? Thanks to our villa’s wonderfully central location, you can decide on the spot what you’d like to do. How about a refreshing walk along the Baltic Sea? You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the island’s kilometer-long sandy beach. When you return, tired but happy, a hot spa shower awaits you in the modern bathroom. A washing machine is available free of charge to all guests at Villa Helga.

But that’s not all. We offer free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, a CD radio, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and—for our youngest guests—a crib, a high chair, a foldable changing pad, and much more.
