Vacation Rental - Alte Backstube-
A newly built vacation rental in a central location with a separate entrance, an adjacent parking space, and all the comforts you need—available for rent here.
The apartment is furnished for 4 people; the bedroom, which has 4 single beds, is equipped with an additional TV. A travel crib for children is available upon request and for an additional fee.
The living area features a modern built-in kitchen and a cozy seating area, including satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as dishes, silverware, and glasses.
The bathroom features a spacious shower.
This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
Our three vacation apartments are located in Rositz, Thuringia, and can accommodate either up to 4 adults, 2 adults + 2 children/teens, or 2 guests. Good transportation connections are guaranteed. Parking spaces are available right next to the vacation rental and can be used free of charge.

• Bookings for technicians are only permitted in the “Alte Backstube” and “FarbenSpiel” apartments: The “Auszeit” apartment may only be booked for tourist purposes!!!
• Rositz is located in the Altenburger Land region of eastern Thuringia and has just under 3,000 residents. Federal Highway 180 runs through the town, ensuring quick access to the Central German region. This means that cities such as Altenburg (6 km), Gera (38 km), Zwickau (43 km), Leipzig (46 km), Jena (75 km), or Dresden (130 km) are all within easy reach.
• Our three vacation apartments are located in Rositz, Thuringia, and can accommodate either up to 4 adults, 2 adults and 2 children or teenagers up to 17 years old, or 2 guests.
• Despite the vacation apartments’ quiet location, good transportation connections are guaranteed. Parking spaces are available right next to the vacation apartments in a public area and can be used free of charge.
• Of course, you can use the free Wi-Fi.
• Access to the apartments is via a private entrance through a separate outdoor staircase. These are non-smoking apartments; however, smoking is permitted directly outside the front door. Some outdoor seating is available.
• One pet per apartment (for an additional fee; final cleaning costs an extra 20 €) and allowed ONLY in the “Alte Backstube” and “FarbenSpiel” vacation apartments. Please specify the pet when booking under the add-on options, or contact us immediately after booking; not all booking portals allow you to include a dog in the reservation!
• Towels can be booked separately for an additional fee; please select this as an extra option if needed!
• ARRIVALS AFTER 10 PM ARE NO LONGER POSSIBLE!
