Inside, spend precious moments with your loved ones while playing games of Ping-Pong and watching movies on the living room's oversized sofa. When hunger calls, the fully equipped kitchen presents stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and ample meal prep space.
Cooled by central air and lined with soft linens, the bedrooms are equally comfortable. The littlest members of the family will adore their bedroom's bunk beds and toys. A private washer/dryer and board game collection round out the home's marvelous amenities.
When you aren't hanging out at the beach, take advantage of the kayak lot - just one block from the house. A pickleball court, numerous parks, and many local eateries are also available for you to explore.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We took a family trip to St. George Island. We always look for properties with private pools to stay away from the chaos of over filled pools. The kids absolutely loved being able to jump in the pool whenever they felt like it. The ping pong table was also a hit. You’re close enough to walk to the beach within minutes. The house and property were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
