We had a great stay! The location was great (easy access to the beach). The downstairs apartment was very cozy and gave us a nice break. I personally loved the porch below the deck. It was a great reading and relaxing spot. A blender would have been nice for making frozen drinks, but we managed. We plan to book for next October.

It is an older house. The air conditioner upstairs does not work well and needs to be replaced. It was 77 and 78 at (the coolest) part of the day. They replaced the air conditioner downstairs on Tuesday, but we were miserable until then. We purchased a small window unit to get relief until they came. They have updated the beautiful deck and built an outdoor shower. Suncoast rentals is always helpful in making our reservations and communicating with us.
