Vacation in style in this 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. You'll love the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the living areas, master bedroom, and balcony! In addition to the oceanfront balcony, this condo is also unique because you have a private entrance to a wrap balcony with a bay and city view. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two double beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room also has a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 10 people comfortably. This modern kitchen includes granite counter tops so you'll have a nice place to make your meals. WIFI and cable TV are both provided by the building. Conveniently there is a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo offers 2 assigned parking spaces, the condo is on the 7th floor of the Marigot Beach building and the building has an elevator. Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. Gold Coast Mall is located directly across the street offering several shops, restaurants, a gym, and much more!

Condo had great view and was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Beach view was fantastic and location fantastic. Everything was easy: booking, checking in, checking out. Definitely on short list for next year!
