There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom. This condo includes central air, 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, fabulous full service kitchen with island, microwave and dishwasher. New dining furniture in 2025. There is a full size front loading washer and dryer in the condo. Gorgeous bathrooms offer ceramic tile (hall bath has tub and shower) and master bath has a tiled step-in shower. Maximum Occupancy is 10. Registration fee $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17 includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles $20 a day or $80.00 per week. Free Wi-Fi!
