This very popular condo features tile flooring throughout for easy clean up, dishwasher, microwave, and stack washer and dryer, 4 flat screen TVs, 3 VCRs and 2 DVD players available for your TV viewing. There is plenty of room for the family gathering in the well furnished living room with a huge TV for movie night!
There will be no problem fitting everyone around the generous dining room table with seating for 6, plus chairs at the counter in the kitchen. Maximum occupancy: 10. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: Queen Bed BDRM 3: Two Double Beds LR: Queen Sleep Sofa. FREE BEACH LOCKER!
EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.

I really wanted to give this unit a 5-Star.
The unit is very nicely decorated and about 95% clean, but the kitchen oven was filthy. Also, the TV in the master bedroom never worked, although I reported it 3 times and was informed someone will be up to take care of it, but no one ever came to check it out. Make sure these 2 items are addressed and you're a 5-Star. Yes, we'd rent this unit again.
