The space and layout of this property was impressive! So neat, clean and decorated complete with everything you’d need! There’s really no need to go Out to eat as there is a complete kitchen and grilling patio ready for use. My only regret is that we didn’t bring both sides of our small blended family as there would have been plenty of space. The private backyard and pool area was top notch! Close to shopping, the beach and anything else in between this will be a space that we visit again. We were able to visit Pensacola and Ft Walton Beach in a matter of minutes - this place is perfectly situated for any day trip or activity you could mention! Hope to see you again soon Black Pearl! We’ve missed you since we closed the door to leave!

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect! Incredibly clean and roomy! This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. We surely could have invited way more people with the size and amount of sleeping arrangements! Will come again next year because this place had everything you could think of including the close proximity of restaurants, shopping and most importantly beach access!

We were notified the evening before we were to check in, drove over halfway from Missouri, before were told the house was under construction due to another group messing with A/C they were not to mess with and flooded the house. The house manager refunded some of our money due to this element and we moved forward with our say as we had 11 of us and a dog.We had booked last October and made over half the drive already. The power on a wall stopped working, so we ran out and got some extension cords to plug the portable A/C in on different walls. Without them the house got warm pretty quick.There was a bit of an ant problem and we had to throw some of our food away. We went and got some ant bait and it helped.The pool was really the saving grace that allowed everyone a place to play outside while not at the beach or out doing family activities. The house is very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. We loved the kitchen and dining area. Overall the house manager was fairly helpful. Overall we made it work and everyone had a good time. We would definitely stay again especially if the house was not under construction.
