About this cottage rental
This Traditional Rustico cottage is located in a wonderful rural hamlet village of Berzi within the comune of Bajardo. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family(5 sharing)get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.
This property has a Jotul wood burner to keep you cosy(extra fuel costs during the winter months)you are provided with the first night of wood free the rest you use is at an extra cost €20 euros per night.
Staying here also allows you access to our beautiful private garden.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge - freezer, gas hob, an electric oven, a toaster, a kettle(we do leave basic food essentials which you need to replace if used.
The cottage is a perfect(unique landscape surroundings full of nature and wildlife)place to relax and offers a smart television with Bluetooth surround sound bar, internet access and a dvd player & music cd player.
This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a single bed.
The second bedroom contains a super king brass posted bed.
There is additional sleeping space in the cottage, comprising a super king bed in the living room which is very cool and comfortable during the hot 🔥 summer months 2ft thick stone walls.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink.
The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink,beday and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 5pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking very near the property,unloading is just 80ft away on a flat path and then parking next to the beautiful church ⛪️.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
