About this house rental
Welcome to our 4 bedrooms, 2.5-bath home located on half an acre just a quarter mile from the Carolina Horse Park and 25 minutes from Pinehurst No. 2. Our spacious and thoughtfully equipped home is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway in the pines.
Located in Five Points between Southern Pines and Raeford, North Carolina, our home is just 2 minutes away from the Carolina Horse Park, where you can watch equestrian events. You'll also find plenty of hiking trails and outdoor activities in the nearby parks and nature reserves. And if you're looking to explore the area, we're just a short drive away from Fayetteville, Southern Pines, and the Pinehurst Master's Golf community.
As you enter the keypad front door, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space that's perfect for entertaining the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials and more to prepare delicious meals for your group. You'll find a basic set of spices to get started and an Insta-pot, Keurig and drip coffee maker, a blender, and crock pot in addition to the standard appliances. The dining area comfortably seats 8 plus a highchair available for your little ones. The living room is simply set up with family games and a Roku TV ready to stream your favorite show after dinner. For those who need to check that one last email or work remotely, our home has high-speed, fiber optic internet.
The second floor of this home hosts the king suite with a large walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds - perfect for kids or single guests. The fourth bedroom is a equipped with a twin bed, a twin loft bed, and a convertible Nugget couch. There is also a portable crib available in the king suite that is easily moved to any room upstairs. Each room includes a fan and luggage rack in the closet. There are thoughtfully placed baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. The laundry nook is also centrally located upstairs between the bedrooms.
Each bathroom is stocked with extra towels, make-up removal towels, hair dryers, and Native Brand toiletries for your use if your full-size items didn't make the trip. There's even an infant bath for those traveling with babies.
Other great features of our home include a spacious backyard with a patio and charcoal BBQ. There's a pet sanitation station for those with pups and the backyard is privacy fenced!
For parking, you'll find a single-car garage with saddle racks for the equestrian in your group to tidy their equipment before the big show and room for 2 cars in the driveway for your convenience.

Everything about the home was perfect. The location could not have been any better. We spent the weekend at the Carolina Horse Park and the house was 2 minuted from there. It had everything we needed and more. We planned to book this home again in the future.

This stay has been easily the best pick of all VRBOs! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Super clean. The house has a great layout. Great communication with the host. Snacks and other pantry staples were provided. Quick drive to the horse park, which was so helpful during the weekend event - loved being able to go “home” for a quick rest during the day between activities. No complaints. Wish every VRBO was like this!
