Voted Best Pool House in the Triangle - 2 years running

Hosts were very responsive, excellent communication. The property was perfect for a large family and the location was near everything we needed.

This house was great for our group. Both the pool house and the main house were clean and we'll maintained. The private pool made for an amazing long weekend, along with the hot tub and pond. We brought our dog and got a ton of use out of the fully fenced in yard. This is a great place to stay for a chill weekend with friends, with plenty to do on the property. It was also convenient to places to get groceries, which is a big plus while traveling.

Great house! Lots of space

Overall we had a good stay and this property worked very well for our group. The house is very large and the separate guest house was a huge bonus. Every bedroom having its own full bathroom made it especially easy for a large group to spread out comfortably. The pool was beautiful and although a bit chilly during our stay, we still enjoyed it.The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and was a great location for relaxing.That said, the home could use more attention to cleaning and maintenance. It was not as clean as we had hoped upon arrival and there were several maintenance items that stood out, especially around the pool where some of the tile and brick areas are coming up and need repair. We also found some basic supplies missing such as dish soap and storage baggies.I did reach out to the owner and they were responsive. It sounds like they live farther away and rely on a local management/cleaning company, and my impression is that some of these issues may stem from that setup rather than a lack of care from the owner.If you have a large group and prioritize space, layout, and amenities, this place is a great fit. If your top priority is a very polished, spotless, and highly maintained experience, this may not be the best choice.
