With a secluded and scenic location, access to community amenities, and cozy features like indoor fireplaces, this Sanford home offers a serene retreat for families and small groups.
Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: Bunk Beds (One is a Full and the other is a Twin) | Game Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa
OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious backyard w/ lake access and kayaks
INDOOR LIVING: 4 bedrooms and a game room
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, blender, toaster oven
GENERAL: Central air conditioning, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, in-unit washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, trash bags/paper towels
FAQ: Exterior security cameras (facing out); no cameras indoors or in any private space; Events allowed for additional fees
PARKING: Long driveway with extra parking across the street
Guest Access:
Every car entering the neighborhood will require a QR code texted to the cell phone of the driver. You will be required to provide first and last names and cell phone numbers of one person in each car that is coming to the neighborhood so that a pass can be issued to you during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Carolina Lakes is a gated community of approximately 1,700 homes and is best known for our Lakes: Crystal, Diamond, Mirror, Sapphire, Silver, Ski Lake, and Lake Carolina (the main lake-approximately 240 acre) with two marina pavilions.
Many of our residents enjoy boating, kayaking, and Golf, as well as woodsy feel of our community. Our diverse community includes active duty military, civilian contractors, retirees and a multitude of school age kids.

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation. Failure to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking confirmation may result in termination of your reservation. The community's Property Owner's Association requires strict adherence to this policy in order to issue your community passes on-time before your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!
Pets are allowed with approval - please message us first to ask. No cats allowed. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms where there are hardwood floors.

This place was beautiful, peaceful and defiantly the place for children and family to relax and enjoy a vacation, besides the issue with the alarm that was taken care of in a timely manner, i appreciate the communication and being an excellent HOST!!! Phenomenal!!! The pictures are exactly what you get and that is what i love no surprise or it was not there. What you see is what you get and that is a 10000/10.I will stay here 10000000 more times, also my family was in love with this place just as much as we was!!! Thank you for having me and my family and making are stay awesome.

The Lakeside home was beautiful! We traveled from CT to visit with family who live nearby and were able to have the family stay with us at this home and enjoy all of the amenities. We had a total of 9 children at the home with us at various times and there was no complaining from any of them (ages from 7 to 18). The kayaks were a big hit with the little kids who loved exploring the lake with the older kids. When the temperatures were too high to stay outside, the garage is set up for hours of indoor fun with a pool table, ping-pong table, and Foosball table. Everyone spent hours in the game garage having fun competitions with one another. There are plenty of sitting areas and two large tables in the home which allowed us to eat meals in one area and use the other for Lego time and puzzles. The family did 8 puzzles together!Every bedroom has comfortable mattresses and pillows and ample space. There are plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone as well. In every room there are baskets that have soft blankets in them so you can get cozy when relaxing. Everyone had such a great time at this home that we can't wait to stay again next summer!

This house was perfect—just as described. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. Our host, Nichole, was beyond helpful and kind. Great communication, first-class amenities, and a guide to local attractions and places to eat. The attention to detail- OMG! -No guessing or searching for things, everything was labeled.. Iwill be booking again HIGHLY Recommend renting

We stayed here during a professional bowlers tournament and the six of us had a great weekend. Very spacious and relaxing.
