The apartment is located in the Haltern-Sythen neighborhood, measures approximately 98 square meters, and is on the second floor of a two-family house.
Many attractions and recreational opportunities are nearby, such as the Silbersee II swimming lake, the Haltern Reservoir, Sythen Castle, and the Old Watermill. Numerous biking and hiking trails are right next to the vacation rental or can be reached in just a few minutes. The distance to the town center of Haltern am See is approximately 6 km.

The newly furnished vacation rental features a spacious, open-concept living-dining area, a modern kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, an entryway, a bathroom, and a guest restroom.
The kitchen is very well-equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a large toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle, an 80-piece kitchen utensil set, 6 pots and pans, a six-piece Majorkin tableware set, as well as cutlery and high-quality glasses to meet every need. The CoffeePerfect coffee machine, with a wide selection of specialty coffees, offers coffee lovers every possible option. Additionally, a Bluetooth-enabled music system and a portable CD and radio player are available. Wi-Fi is, of course, free.
The exclusive living and dining area features a beautiful 2.70-meter-long wooden table with six chairs, a large, cozy sofa set with two reading lamps, and a 65-inch TV.
One bedroom has a large double bed (180x200), and the smaller bedroom has a smaller bed (160x200). Both bedrooms are also equipped with a TV.
The modern and spacious bathroom features a freestanding bathtub with a bath sofa and a large shower. The apartment also includes a nicely furnished guest restroom.
There is also an utility room with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies.
The beds are already made up and ready for all guests; plenty of towels and extra bed linens are provided free of charge, as well as bathrobes for adults and children in various sizes.
