About this apartment rental
New, modern and comfortable apartment with separate entrance and private parking space.
On 58sqm you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, high oven, ceramic hob with extractor, sink and dishwasher, filter coffee + Senceo Pad machine, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave and much more) with dining area, a cozy living area with couch corner and XXL beanbag , 45inch HD + flat screen TV, Amazon Fire TV and DVD player as well as 100Mbit WiFi connection via fiber.
In addition to a shower, the bathroom also has a bathtub, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed and allergy-free mattresses, a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2 has 2x single bed with allergy mattresses, spacious wardrobe, bedside table also has a 38 inch flat screen TV. All rooms have blinds.
In the hallway you will find a cloakroom with a small shoe / pantry as well as new house slippers in different sizes for every guest.
For our little guests we provide a children's travel bed with mattress & bedding, a high chair and various toys against boredom in rainy weather.
In summer there is the possibility to book an air conditioning system, as well as the possibility to use the garden or grill.
In the vicinity you will find plenty of opportunities for shopping, leisure activities, doctor, pharmacy and catering so that you will not miss anything.
Thanks to the good connection to the motorway (A31 + A43) and a train station, we are absolutely central. Larger cities such as Haltern am See, Borken, Bocholt, Münster, Coesfeld and Winterswijk NL can be reached in 15 to 45 minutes.
Our apartment is located in the attic of our house.
Out of respect for our other tenants, smoking in the house and bringing pets (dogs, cats, etc.) is not permitted.
Smokers will find a seat and a standing ashtray in front of the covered entrance area.
Children up to 5 years free! We will reimburse you the calculated booking costs for children under 5 years of age upon arrival. (Proof of age required)

Eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Besonders gefallen hat mir die schicke Küche und das Tageslichtbad, das Dusche und Badewanne bietet.
