About this apartment rental

This one of two comfortable holiday apartments is located in a holiday home newly built in 2009 on a 500 square metre recreational plot on the quiet outskirts of the village. Your holiday apartment is 50 square metres in size and is located on the ground floor. It has a terrace and is equipped with a living/dining room (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, dining area, satellite TV, radio, fireplace), complete kitchenette with electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each, extra travel cot), shower/WC and central heating. Barbecue area, children's playground and car park are also available. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy consumption and final cleaning.

Karlshagen in the northern part of the island of Usedom only developed into a Baltic seaside resort a few years ago. There are various restaurants, shops, a harbour with boat traffic and a cycle path. Riding stable, tennis, bowling approx. 2.5 km. Beautiful sandy beach. To the beach approx. 2 km, to the next restaurant approx. 300 m.
